Many people neither recognize nor understand abstract paintings. Each of these movements sought to affirm the notion that a painting does not need a representative subject to convey the message of a painting. For the reason that prehistoric instances, watercolors have been used to ornament walls in residing and communal areas.\n\nThis art kind was not practiced in America until the 1940’s and then it was linked to the works of the artist Jackson Pollock. Abstract art is considered as a painting fashion and not a class of an art period and for that purpose it is still being created at present.
